Do you only buy run down homes?
No, we will take a look at any home in any condition. Every home has a different story and is in different shape. Our program will help determine what option best suits you as a seller.
What do you charge to assist buyers or sellers?
Nothing. You don’t pay us a dime. The consultation is free and depending on the option you choose, you will have no expense out of your pocket. The only option you would have an expense for is if you opt to list your home with us instead of us buying the home. In that instance we discuss a negotiable low commission that is paid from the sale of the home proceeds.
Where do you buy homes?
Our focus is in the Fox Cities to include Appleton, Kimberly, Combined Locks, Kaukauna, Greenville, Grand Chute, Menasha, Neenah and surrounding areas. Our second focus is the Chippewa Valley to include Eau Claire, Chippewa Falls and the surrounding area.
How soon can you buy my home?
In many instances we can close in as little as 10-14 days; however, some closings can take longer depending on the situation and how cooperative the seller’s bank is.
As a buyer, what if I don’t qualify to purchase a home?
When available, we will discuss our rent-to-own options with you. However, we still have you get pre-qualified with a bank or mortgage lender so we all have a clear understanding of your situation and how long we would need to do a rent–to-own. |
